Man attacked by group at bus stop

A 66-year-old man suffered a fractured jaw when he was attacked by a group of people in Dorset, police have said.

The victim was waiting at a bus stop near the Co-op store in Ashley Road, Poole, when he was set upon.

An number of people were getting onto a bus when they assaulted the man on Friday night.

Dorset Police appealed to passengers on the bus who they believe would have been witnesses to the attack just after 2200 BST.
